Agricultural Operations & Innovation
1,200+ Research Fermentations Overseen
At E. & J. Gallo Winery, Regionicity founder Bryan Avila helped design, build, launch, and operate the Livingston Pilot Winery, overseeing more than 1,200 research fermentations within four facilities and twelve staff members to optimize viticulture and winemaking decisions.

Workforce Education & Experiential Learning
1,400+ Students Educated
At Napa Valley College, Bryan trained more than 850 students through hands-on winery operations and experiential learning. At Santa Rosa Junior College, he developed three fully asynchronous online courses totaling over 135 instructional hours and taught more than 550 students through online and hybrid education.

Sector Intermediary & Apprenticeship Development
National Apprenticeship Coalition Convened
On behalf of a four-county workforce board, Bryan convened a national coalition of industry, education, and workforce partners to develop and advance the proposed Agroecology Operations Technician (AOT) registered apprenticeship framework, coordinating industry validation, occupational standards, and support for federal submission.
